About Philter Digital Studios

Philter Digital Studios was founded in 1994 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A California native, Philip Rocca came back to his childhood home in the Bay Area and set up shop here in January, 2004. Music and an appreciation for visual art have been a passion for Phil since childhood. He has a great photographic ‘eye’ and sees things in people and in nature that most people don’t. This gift gives him a unique perspective on the world that is evident in his work. His enthusiasm, high-energy and rapport with people make every event fun, and it shows in each and every successfully completed engagement!

• Video/Editing: $80/hr.
• Audio Recording: $40/hr.
• On-location/Live : $60/hr.
